INTS2 was founded in 2023 to serve the small defense contractors that primes and large integrators take for granted — the 5-to-50-person companies that win subcontracts and suddenly need a Facility Clearance, an FSO, and a CMMC compliance posture.
Who we are
Intelligence Support & Services, LLC (INTS2) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in the United States, serving cleared defense contractors and federal contractors across all 50 states and U.S. territories. We were founded in 2023.
Our practice is structured around four core service lines: outsourced Facility Security Officer (FSO) services for cleared contractors operating under the National Industrial Security Program; managed CMMC 2.0 compliance for small defense contractors handling Controlled Unclassified Information; OPSEC program development per DoDD 5205.02E; and a Technology Development Team that builds custom security solutions when commercial off-the-shelf products don’t fit.
INTS2 holds the certifications and registrations required to compete for and execute federal work: SDVOSB certified via SBA VetCert, registered in SAM.gov (UEI TLSKHAZXYFU2, CAGE 9QWG4, DUNS 024293718), and registered under primary NAICS 541690 with secondary codes 561210, 541330, 561320, 531390, 541511, and 541519.
Adam P. Blocker — Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Adam P. Blocker is the founder and CEO of Intelligence Support & Services, LLC. He is a retired U.S. Army Military Intelligence Officer who served over 23 years on active duty and in the National Guard, with assignments as an intelligence officer and leader in a variety of roles across the Continental United States and in active conflict areas. Adam began his Army career in 2000 as an enlisted Paralegal Specialist before earning his commission, and retired at the rank of Major.
That arc of experience – enlisted to officer, tactical to strategic, across active duty and the National Guard – is what INTS2 was built on: the same caliber of expertise that primes and large integrators take for granted, made affordable for small defense contractors.

INTS2 delivers CMMC 2.0 managed compliance in partnership with ATX Defense, a SentinelOne managed security service provider (MSSP) with FedRAMP Authorized 24/7 Managed Detection and Response capability. This pairing gives small defense contractors access to enterprise-grade SOC operations, ITAR-compliant data handling, and continuous monitoring at small-business pricing. The technology stack pairs Google Workspace, SentinelOne EDR, and (optionally) Hypori BYOD virtualization. This combination satisfies the relevant NIST SP 800-171 controls without requiring small contractors to operate their own SOC or build a CUI-isolated network from scratch.
